Plitvice Lakes National Park

The most famous National Park in Croatia, and also one of the most beautiful sights in Europe.
Small surface changes have created a spectacular 16 lakes and many waterfalls. They cascade in unsurpassed beauty from the main streams of the White and Black rivers. It is a listed UNESCO Cultural and Natural Heritage site due to the natural preocess of calcification, -a process of paramount importance to maintaining the whole system. For this process among the many conditions required is water purity which allows Plitvice Lakes to be proud of very clean water that has not been affected the industrial life of the 21st century, and has remained the inexhaustible source of beauty and power that is the water!
