For all lovers of nature and active holidays there is a marked trim trail through Tustica, the last oasis of the underbrush, with a distance of approximately 10 km. It is a special experience to sense the fragrance of the underbrush and medical herbs and to enjoy the view from the top of Tustica of Sukošan, Marina Dalmacija, Pašman canal, the islands on one side and the fertile plains on the other side.
At the end of May each year the Magunja trail race is being held. One who loves active sport and relaxed vacation, this part of the year is ideal.
Sukošan offers tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and for the ones who love adrenaline paintball is a perfect activity. On the new riva it is possible to play water polo.
On the beach in front of the house there is plenty of fun for the children like a swing, slide, seesaw, with a water park and pedal boats in the sea. It is also possible to rent jet skis or a boat.
Here is located the biggest marina in Croatia – Marina Dalmacija where it is possible to rent a boat or explore the underwater through the diving centre. It is nice to take a walk or a cycle through the marina and check out some of the beautiful yachts.
Once a week the fisherman’s night is held where you can try the food prepared by the local people according to the recipes of their ancestors.
The Sukošan Tourist bord often organise various events and parties with local entertainers. It is also possible to take a look and to attend workshops of handmade domestic products.
An essential activity is visiting the city of Zadar because of the beauty of cultural monuments and their historical significance, various events and the most beautiful sunset in the world with the sound of the sea organ.
